With 20 years in the financial services industry, Laura started her career providing investment and financial planning advice. Since completing her MBA in 2012, she now focuses on transformational business strategy and customer experience. Keenly interested in what drives consumer purchasing decisions, Laura obtained her Certified Customer Experience Professional designation in 2016. As the head of the BMO for Women program, she leads the team that delivers the North American strategy for BMO’s female clients, combining her passions for customer experience and advancing women. Laura is an Influencer Member of the United Way’s Women United group and a member of the GroYourBiz Executive Advisory Board. In her spare time Laura can be found experimenting in the kitchen, working out at the gym or documenting her adventures exploring the globe via plane or motorcycle with her husband Tony.
