CALGARY: Monster-sized Advice - Lean in Canada

This January, we started a whole new decade and 2020 has many of us reflecting on what was and what could be. Is this the year that you go for that new career opportunity? Or maybe it’s the year you head back to work after an extended leave. The possibilities and, unfortunately, the self-doubt that can come with these times of transition, can be overwhelming.

That’s why Lean In Calgary is bringing in some Monster-sized advice as we work to fulfill our resolutions and gain the confidence to take that next step in our careers.

Join us at Hotel Arts on February 19, 2020, to hear from two Monster-dynamos.

Roxanne Tashjian, senior vice president of global sales effectiveness with Monster Canada will discuss the importance of establishing your personal brand. Angela Payne, senior vice president and general manager with Monster Canada, will share tips about taking charge of your career. Experienced interviewers will be on hand to sharpen your interview skills and provide on the spot feedback. Need a headshot? A professional photographer will be set up to help you out there, too. And all this while enjoying a glass of wine and some refreshments.

Doors are at 5 p.m.

Program starts at 5:30 p.m.

Whether you are starting a job search, transitioning your career, or setting new employment goals, this event will leave you with advice and skills that you can immediately put to use – and the support and confidence to help you take the first step.

Let’s Lean In together on February 19 for an incredible evening of networking, learning, inspiration and setting you up for success. Come see what a little Monster-sized advice can do for you.
