Lean In Canada’s response to COVID-19

Dear Members,
Lean In Canada stands for empowering women to achieve meaningful and purposeful careers. We do that by bringing women together in many ways, like through our Lean In Circles or our many powerful events. We do this because we know that women feel more confident when they are connected to a community.
While we have an incredible line-up of programming across Canada in 2020 to continue building and empowering our many communities, we have recently made the decision that all future events will be postponed until conditions become safer. Though disappointing, we will always prioritize the health of our members, our sponsors and our incredible volunteers.
Luckily, finding new ways to expand and connect our communities is already work we have in flight. We’ll be back to you in the coming weeks with what that looks like across both our Toronto, Calgary and Vancouver chapters and for members in locations without a formal chapter presence.
For our hundreds of Lean In circles across the country, we ask you to work with your leaders on how to stay safe and connected during this time.
