Rudie Jay - Lean in Canada

Rudie is a 200HR RYT from Ottawa ON trained in classical Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin + Restorative Yoga. She has been teaching publicly for eight years and practicing for twelve. Her early interest in biomechanics led her to become a Certified Personal Trainer, Yoga-tune up Specialist, Mobility Coach and a level one Kettlebell Instructor.

Her intelligently sequenced movement practices weave together flexibility, strength, mindfulness, and breathwork that leave participants feeling strong, challenged yet centered. She is currently studying the emotional/somatic influence of nervous system rehabilitation.
