Tammy Arseneau

Vice President, Culture and Organization Transformation (Suncor)

Tammy Arseneau has worked for Suncor for 9 years and is currently the Vice President, Culture & Organization Transformation. In this role, she is part of the Transformation Management Office which is accountable to drive, integrate and accelerate transformation across Suncor’s organization. Tammy is responsible for working across the enterprise to define and implement the culture needed to realize our future, and ensuring people are ready for the change that comes with transformation.

Tammy’s prior experience includes VP, HR Strategic Partners. Prior to joining Suncor, Tammy has over 20 years of experience in Oil & Gas and consulting within Canada and overseas.  She has an MBA from the Henley Management Business School based in the UK, with a special focus on business transformation, culture and leadership. In her free time, she enjoys watching her three boys play baseball, football and hockey. Life at the cottage is also an important part of the Arseneau family time.
